De el OST (Original SoundTrack) de "Gankutsuou: Le Comte de Monte-Cristo" les traigo la canción de Jean-Jaques Burnel "We were lovers" con todo y su lyric.

Esta canción me ha encantado, despierta en mi muchos recuerdos, hasta cierto punto dolorosos, pero sobre todo de decepción.

Creo que ahí es en donde puedo identificarme plenamente con el Conde, a diferencia de que el si fue capaz de planear y ejecutar una "justicia divina" más allá del bien y del mal. Pero estoy seguro de algo, que no es solo es, no es solo la traición de los que estan cerca de ti, hay algo más en esta historia que me ha enganchado desde hace un par de años, ¿Un amor frustrado por la influencia de otros?, ¿Una venganza no concretada?, ¿La búsqueda de una vida tan excitante como la de Edmond? Tal ves no lo descubra por ahora, pero de algo puedo estar seguro, si lo llego a descubrir no lo diré, cuando ese momento llegue, lo más probable es que sea cuando yo aprenda a callar.

Gankutsuou: El Conde de Montecristo Cyber Punk de estudios Gonzo

Desde hace tiempo que no veo anime (desde que inicio el semestre), pero acabo de recordar la mejor serie que he visto hasta ahora: Gankutsuou, The Count of Montecristo.

Bueno, si, lo sé, la historia del buen Edmond Dantes ha sido explotada demasiado, han hecho hasta telenovelas (de pésima calidad) basadas en las desdichas del pobre Edmond (que me recuerda a Justine) y me dirán ¿Qué tiene esta versión hecha con muñequitos diferente de todas las demás?

:D La animación corre a cargo de estudio Gonzo, que ya nos ha sorprendido con muy buenas series en el pasado (incluso una miniserie anime donde le estelar es Samuel L. Jackson), además, no es la tipica adaptación, los señores de Gonzo querían hacer algo un poco más original, escogieron un París cyber-punk para que se desarrollara la trama e hicieron de Edmond Dantes un autentico hijo-de-puta desalmado, ¡El final es precioso! Les dejo con el trailer de la serie.
